Refund & Exchange Policy
At Danoush, we take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards. Please read below for our updated policies covering both local and international orders.
Returns (Egypt Only)
We offer a 7-day return policy for local orders within Egypt. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Must include tags and proof of purchase

Return must be pre-approved via email
To start a return, contact us at info@danoushdesigns.com. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide you with a shipping label if applicable. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges within 14 days of receiving your item (both local & international). You will be responsible for all associated shipping costs. The fastest way to get what you want is to place a new order and return the original item (if eligible).
International Orders
We currently do not offer returns on international orders. All international sales are final.
Shipping fees, customs, and taxes are not included in our product prices and are entirely the customer’s responsibility. Any additional charges due to your local import regulations must be paid by you upon delivery. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to customs processes.
All international orders must be paid by credit card.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes are not included at checkout and must be paid by the customer.

We do not refund customs, taxes, or any additional charges once the item has been shipped.
Delivery Schedule
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after purchase. Estimated delivery times vary by location:

Inside Egypt: 2–5 business days

International: 5–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or remote delivery areas.

We reserve the right to add extra charges if your shipping address is in a remote area.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your item immediately upon delivery. If it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at info@danoushdesigns.com with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Maintenance Policy
We offer maintenance services for eligible Danoush products.

Danoush is not liable for:

Stains from perfumes, creams, makeup, oils, or similar substances

Damage due to failure to follow washing or handling instructions listed on the product page
Refunds (Egypt Only)
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we’ll let you know if a refund is approved. If so, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
