Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

Shipping within Alexandria is 35 EGP, and Cairo costs 65 EGP, while shipping to the rest of Egypt costs 99 EGP. We currently do not offer international shipping.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, and delivery time typically takes between 2-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that these delivery times are estimates only, and may be subject to unexpected delays outside of our control. We will do our best to keep you updated on the status of your order and any potential delays.

Delivery Process

Shipping courier will attempt to deliver your order to the shipping address provided. If there is no one available to receive the delivery, our team will attempt to contact you to arrange for an alternative delivery time. If we are unable to reach you, we may return the item to our warehouse, and you may be responsible for any additional shipping costs to have it re-delivered.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
